30 Day Returns
We strive to ensure your satisfaction at BikeCarGo. If you’re not fully satisfied, you can return the BikeCarGo Explorer in its original condition for free (UK only) within 30 days of receipt.
Returning Domestic Orders
We accept returns provided the items are in their original condition and packaging.
To initiate a return, use our contact form or email info@bikecargo.com with your name, order number, and reason for return. Upon approval, we’ll provide instructions and a prepaid shipping label.
You have 14 days from approval to post the item back to us.
Returned products will be inspected, and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 working days of receipt. A refund notification will be sent to the email used for the original purchase.
Returning International Orders
For international orders received damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, we can arrange a refund or return – please contact us with your query, and we’ll assist. If the item is unwanted or you’ve changed your mind, you are responsible for return shipping fees.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Refund Policy
Refunds
We aim to process refunds within 5 working days of receiving returned items. You’ll receive an email notification once the refund is processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.
Refunds may take up to 10 working days from the processing date to appear in your account. If you need an update before this period, please contact your credit card company or bank. If the refund hasn’t appeared after 10 working days, please reach out to us.
Delivery Times and Shipping Delays
We aim to dispatch orders received by 12pm on the following working day. We’ll notify you by email or phone if your order faces significant delays.
Estimated delivery times are listed on our Shipping Policy page. Delays due to external factors may occur. We’ll inform customers of known delays via a website notification, email, and/or phone where possible.
Delayed or missing parcel due to incorrect shipping details provided by customers are the customer’s responsibility and are not eligible for a refund.
