You can return any item in its original condition for free (UK customers) within 30 days of receipt.

How to Return
Please reach out via our contact form or email info@bikecargo.com, including your name, order number, and reason for return. We’ll provide a shipping label from one of our authorised carriers.
Every order is carefully inspected before shipping. If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify us, and we’ll arrange a free replacement or return.
Please ensure returned items are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Include your name and order number inside the parcel with returned item.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 working days of receiving the return, and we’ll send you a refund confirmation.
International Customers
For international orders, please contact us as outlined above. In most cases, you are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the order arrives incorrect, faulty, or damaged.
